Through the it@cork network, they drive thought leadership, collaboration, and global strategic alliances. it@cork organises a number of events throughout the year, including the Tech Tuesday networking series, on the first Tuesday of each month.
January’s Tech Tuesday event gave two high-growth start-ups the opportunity to tell their story. Technically Write IT’s CEO, Patrice Fanning, shared the stage with Mike McGrath from supply.ie.
Patrice explained how TWi began, and paid tribute to the support from Genesis Enterprise Programme run by the Rubicon Centre at Cork Institute of Technology. She outlined the writing, editing, and documentation solutions that TWi offers to clients who develop software and hi-tech products. Patrice highlighted the benefits documentation services, using case studies to illustrate how the company adapts to meet client’s specific needs. In conclusion, Patrice offered tips and tricks to companies who wanted to improve the quality of their written communications. We were really pleased with the positive response from potential clients, and the media coverage of the event afterwards.
